Delivery & Orders

We dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Product preparation and free delivery usually take between 24 and 72 hours, and may extend to up to 12 working days for certain items.

Please note that a slight additional delay may apply to orders placed on Saturday evening or Sunday, as these are processed from the next working day.

Rest assured, we do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, without ever compromising the exceptional quality of our products.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be dispatched separately, depending on stock availability and fulfilment centres.

Rest assured, every item in your order will be delivered. If a parcel is temporarily missing, it will reach you as soon as possible.

Your delivery may have experienced a delay or an unexpected issue.

If more than 14 working days have passed since your order was dispatched, it is possible that:

  • the parcel has been delayed by the carrier
  • the parcel was damaged or misplaced during transit

In the event of a carrier-related issue (lost, damaged, or destroyed parcel), our secure delivery service handles all procedures on your behalf.

Your satisfaction is our priority. You will never be left to manage a dispute on your own — we take full responsibility and, if necessary, will arrange a replacement shipment at our expense.

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to Overseas France (DOM-TOM). We are actively working on adding this option to our shop in the future.

Cancellations & Returns

Yes, you can modify your order within 24 hours of confirmation, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours, provided you have not yet received the shipping confirmation email.

After this time, cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.

If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to request a refund, the item must be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

You may return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be brand new, unused, unopened, and kept in its original condition, with the original packaging fully intact.

Any item that has been opened, used, or whose packaging has been damaged cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Once the product has been received and inspected, and provided these conditions are fully met, a refund or exchange may be offered, according to your preference. Please note that any costs related to the return — including logistics, handling, and re-shipping fees — remain entirely at the customer’s expense.
