These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website https://boutique-vaginette.com/en. Any order placed implies the customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.
ARTICLE 2: Orders
The website’s automatic recording systems constitute proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. An order is considered final once payment has been validated.
Boutique Vaginette confirms acceptance of the order by sending a confirmation email to the address provided by the customer. Boutique Vaginette reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute, non-payment, or suspected fraud.
ARTICLE 3: Product availability
The products displayed on the website are offered subject to availability. Some items may be shipped directly from our partners or suppliers, which may affect preparation times.
In the event of partial or total unavailability after the order has been confirmed, the customer will be informed by email. A new delivery date may be proposed or a refund issued.
ARTICLE 4: Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. They may be modified at any time without prior notice, with products invoiced based on the rates in force at the time the order is placed.
Any local taxes, customs duties, or administrative fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 5: Delivery
Boutique Vaginette delivers to numerous countries. Delivery is free of charge, with no minimum order value.
Delivery times include preparation, logistics processing, and transit. An estimated delivery timeframe is communicated at the time of ordering and in the shipping confirmation email.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
ARTICLE 6: Payment

ARTICLE 7: Dispatch
